Nurse Liaison (RN)
The Village at Rockville is seeking an experienced Nurse Liaison. The Nurse Liaison will be a part of our Marketing Team, and will be an integral part in developing a positive presence in our community with area hospitals and local facilities. Candidate will be responsible for clinical record review of possible admissions. Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. Five years of clinical experience required. Previous care management/home health/admission assessment or LTC patient care experience preferred. Must have current RN license in the state of Maryland. Wellness, Wound and Infection Registered Nurse
The Village at Rockville is seeking a Wellness, Wound and Infection Registered Nurse to oversee wound care services for skilled, assisted living and short stay surgery residents including independent living campus residents. The qualified candidate will ensure high quality health maintenance and prevention, and will have direct oversight of wound management and infection control.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in long term care and/or subacute care settings as an RN is required. Responsibilities include wound management staging, treating, care planning, teaching, monitoring licensed and non-licensed nursing staff, assisting in planning and developing skin care treatment, and preparing assessment evaluations.
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or approved RN diploma program, and an active and current Maryland RN license. Certification in wound management and infection control standards is desired with a working knowledge of NPUAP clinical practice guidelines and QA reporting.

Sales Counselor
We are seeking a full-time sales counselor to join our dynamic sales and marketing team which is responsible for all sales programs for our community.
The selected candidate will be expected to sell in a team-oriented environment, develop and maintain relationships, and overcome objectives to close sales and achieve monthly sales goals. This position requires excellent organization, verbal and written communications skills, and follow-through skills. Previous experience in the senior living industry or CCRC sales is preferred or five+ years in a similar role. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Required skill set includes: planning on both strategic and tactical levels, sales process knowledge, negotiating, achieving and monitoring of positive referral relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and creating and evaluating marketing campaigns (both routine and in connection with expansion of housing).
Other required attributes are unquestioned integrity and values reflective of a faith-based organization and understanding that financial performance enables our Mission success. The sales counselor must have strong interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, be proactive, forward thinking and results oriented. Must have proven ability to work independently with self-discipline and self-motivation, and possess excellent computer database management skills.

Executive Assistant
The Village at Rockville is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director.
The qualified candidate will ensure consistent maintenance of the mission, values and code of ethics of TVAR. Will preserve high confidentiality and will be a role model to other staff. Personal integrity and discretion must be above reproach. Because of the nature of the work candidate will be exposed to privileged information. High level of discretion and confidentiality with regard to this information is of utmost importance. The Executive Assistant provides full clerical support to the Executive Director, as well as the Medical Director and Chief of Clinical Operations. Represents the Executive Office in contacts with residents, family members, visitors, and employees of the Village.
- Responsible for Board of Trustees/Committees meetings, prepares meeting material, takes minutes.
- Assists the Marketing Coordinator in fielding admission inquiries and giving tours of the Village to prospective clients.
- Files all will and bequest information.
- Maintains Executive Director’s appointment schedule.
- Computer knowledge, including Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing.
- Experience and proficiency in current version of Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and relate in a positive manner to residents, family members, employees, and visitors alike.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
