Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have honored The Village at Rockville, through its parent organization, National Lutheran Communities & Services (NLCS) as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces for Aging Services. The ranking considered feedback representing 223,183 employees working for Great Place to Work-Certified organizations in Senior Housing & Care and At-Home Care in the Aging Services industry. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. The Village at Rockville and NLCS took the number 19 spot on the small to medium organizations list and was the only provider listed in Maryland and Virginia.
